The CCSG Data Guide has undergone some revisions and clarifications. Please join us as we walk through each of the five Data Tables. Examples of how to report grants and projects on Data Table 2, reportable patients on Data Table 3, and clinical trials on Data Table 4 will be discussed. Additionally, we will discuss the proper data formats required for the electronic data submission.
